General Policies
- All services require pre-registration in advance.
- All purchases are non-refundable. Studio credits are available if client is eligible.
- Policies, pricing and offerings are subject to change at any time per the company’s discretion.
- Only women 18 years of age or older allowed.
- All registration requires payment in advance. We do not hold spaces without payment.
- We do not allow any spectators. Please DO NOT bring any guest to watch during your class.
- We do not have a daycare facility; please do not bring your children (of any age).
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, left behind or damaged personal property.
- Do not wear body oil, lotion or jewelry to pole related classes.
- No street shoes inside studio area. Please bring clean-soled and dry tennis shoes for fitness classes.
- Class credits and purchases cannot be shared or transferred between clients.
- No extensions on expired package and series purchases.

Studio Etiquette
- No unauthorized photography or videos.
- Please turn off all cell phones or place in silent mode while inside the studio.
- No food, candy or beverages allowed inside the studio with the exception of capped water bottles.
- Please wear appropriate fitness and/or dance attire.
- No nudity is allowed.
- Do not use any equipment in the studio other than directed by your instructor.
- Do not attempt to instruct or assist other clients for safety and liability reasons.
- Clients that appear to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate and class credit will be forfeited.
- Any clients being disrespectful, causing disruption and acting negatively towards instructors,
staff, other clients or equipment will be asked to leave, not return and payment will be forfeited.

Registration & Cancellations

Registration Deadline
The Registration Deadline for all classes, workshops, series and events is 5 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

New Clients
All new clients must arrive 10 minutes early to complete new client paperwork.

Drop-ins
We require registration with payment in advance for services and highly discourage drop-ins. Occasionally we accept drop-ins if
time or spaces permits, but spaces are not guaranteed and showing up as a drop-in is always at the clients own risk. You
may attempt to drop-in by arriving no later than 10 minutes early with payment prepared in cash or have a current
package on your Vixen Fitness account. No exceptions!

Late Arrivals
For safety reasons and to avoid interruption of classes, there will be no admittance to any class, series or workshop 10 minutes
after the scheduled start time. We also reserve the right to give your spot to a stand-by client in the event of your tardiness.

Early Cancel
Clients must cancel reservations 5 hours prior to the scheduled start time for fitness and pole classes (24 hrs prior for series and special workshops)
in order to not be charged a Late Cancel Fee and/or forfeit your class credit.

Late Cancel
If a reservation is cancelled less than 5 hours prior to the scheduled start time (including time sensitive packages or memberships)
you will be charged a $5.00 Late Cancel Fee on your Vixen Fitness account. All fees are due upon your next visit to the studio.

No Shows
If you miss your reservation without proper notice, your class credit will be forfeited. If you are on a time sensitive package or membership
you will be charged a $7.00 No Show Fee to your Vixen Fitness account. All fees are due upon your next visit to the studio.

Voucher, Coupon or Deal Holders
If you miss your reservation without proper notice, your entire voucher will be forfeited no exceptions.

Special Workshops
Registration required in advance. Must cancel reservation 24 hours in advance. No admittance 10 minutes after start time.

4-6 Week Series
Must cancel your reservation in a series 24 hours prior to the series start time. No make-ups for any missed classes during a series.
If you must miss a class in a series once the series has started (1) pole dance class credit per series with proper cancellation notice
of 5 hours will be applied to your vixen fitness account. Once you have reserved for a series your spot is reserved for the entire series.
You are not entitled to any refunds or credits for unattended classes.

Schedule Changes
(including class cancellations)
Our schedules are subject to change at the company’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any class, workshop or series due to
inclement weather, building issues, instructor illness or low registration. We do not run classes with less than 3 pre-registered participants.
Only clients that are pre-registered will be notified of cancellations and schedule changes.
Please make sure your contact information is current in your client profile.

Private In-Studio Parties
(in addition to all general and studio etiquette)
· All party bookings require a deposit immediately to confirm reservations.
· All deposits are final and non-refundable.
· All balances must be paid in full and in cash upon arrival.
· We do not accept personal checks.
· No unauthorized photography or videos.
· Any party balances to be paid via credit card (both full and partial) will incur a $15 fee.
· All parties must be canceled 48 hours prior to be considered early cancel.
· Early party cancellations will receive an account credit that can be used for classes or a future reservation within 1 year.
· Late party cancellations (less than 48 hours prior) deposits will be forfeited.
· Party cancellations on-site will result in a $100 inconvenience fee to be charged to the card on file.
· All parties will start no later than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time and will end at scheduled end time regardless of late starts.
· We do not accept changes to party bookings less than 48 hours in advance.
· Clients that appear intoxicated will not be allowed to participate and payment will be forfeited.
· If clients are disrespectful to staff or equipment we have the right to cancel the party and payments will be forfeited.

Home Parties
(in addition to all general policies)
· All party bookings require a deposit immediately to confirm reservations.
· All deposits are final and non-refundable.

· No unauthorized photography or videos.
· All parties will start no later than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time and will end at scheduled end time regardless of late starts.

· If clients are disrespectful to staff or equipment we have the right to cancel the party and payments will be forfeited.
· Hostesses for home parties are responsible for making sure the location meets our standards for home parties.
Failure to do so which results in cancellation of the party on site will result in a $100 inconvenience fee.
