Pole Dance Classes
Our signature pole dance classes are great for students in our Pole Vixen Program or the Vixen that needs class at her convenience. These classes are 1 hour and taught in a routine format with focus on fluidly transitioning moves (and variations) together taught in our Pole Vixen Program.
Registration Required

What to Wear:
Form-fitting shorts coupled with a tank top or tshirt. Bring heels, we recommend
an exotic dance shoe with an ankle strap for starters

Beginner Pole Dance
Prerequisite: no experience required, but recommend for students that have taken Pole Vixen 1 or 2
This class is taught in a mini-routine format with an equal balance of dance, beginner spins and tricks.

Intermediate Pole Dance
Prerequisite: for students that have taken Pole Vixen 3 or 4
This class is taught in a mini-routine format with an equal balance of dance, intermediate spins and tricks. Must be able to properly invert and climb (without force or assistance).

Advance Pole Dance
Prerequisite: for students that have taken Pole Vixen 5+
This 1- hour class is taught in a mini-routine format with an equal balance of dance, spins and tricks. Must be able to properly aerial invert (without force or assistance).
